The Internet Policy Task Force has advocated the need for creation of a national data breach notification law for appropriate disclosure of security incidents, and encouraging firms to improve security mechanisms. Sharing of information on cyber security incidents is crucial to improve defensive mechanisms. Government may use public policy tools such as liability protection, and insurance models to incentivize and promote best practices among I3S companies. Government must place emphasis on research, and work with industry to devise better cost-benefit analysis for I3S cyber security. Employee awareness is crucial to improve cyber security practices. Governments may asses the current cyber security education efforts, and encourage targeted and customized awareness programs in accordance with industry requirements. 10. Shop 2-3 hours before you need to be somewhere. The idea is you will not have time to roam around the department stores or mall. You are on the go! Schedule your shopping before you have to be somewhere else. You are on a time schedule and your time cannot be wasted. This will work for grocery shopping, too. You only have enough time to pick up items or merchandise that you need or on your list.

Here’s my rational caveat on using credit cards during the holidays: I think it’s safe for me to say most people don’t like to lose money. When using your credit card to purchase items where you will have to pay more money due to interest is how you will lose more money. Ask yourself if you had cash would you pay for that particular merchandise? You might be surprise to learn that you would want to pay less if you had cash for it. Why? Because, I assume, you would not want to expend all of your cash. Restrict yourself from devaluing your borrowed dollars. If you must use your credit card, put a post-it on the card with all the debt you owe and monthly payments while you are shopping as a reminder of the continuous debt you will incur if you use your credit card.

At times credit cards have rewards and it can make it easier to keep track of what you spent, however, make sure you pay it off before the end of the monthly cycle. Or, if you must use your credit card to purchase gifts, make sure you are able to pay it off within three months. I would rather know you are enjoying the holiday season instead of worrying about your credit card debt from the holiday season.

Ever since a computer became a general machine there have been pros and corns that is maintaining it while using it was also an essential job with it. (Before this it was being used in scientific research or in some areas like in computer engineering, defense departments or in some giant organizations with very limited users and skilled only).

Today the scenario is totally and drastically changed, a computer became life now. All the major tasks in almost every field are getting done with the help of computers and of course there have been thousands of changes in the computer if we thought of windows 1.0 release. (Windows 1.0 was a bit graphical operating environment that was released on 20 November 1985).

Now without much ado I need to come to the point that how to make a PC clean or well in performance, with and without using a computer cleaner (It can comprise all computer cleaner like antivirus, anti Malware or registry software also).

If we roughly try understanding the basic functionalities of a computer (Computer here I usually referring to windows PC), it can be divided into 3 broad categories.

  1. Hardware (Peripherals)
  2. Operating System (usually it is called Soul of a computer among experts like windows, MAC from apple etc).
  3. Application programs (All the other software other than operating system fall under this category) like word processor, database packages like MS access or MS excel etc.

Now it is important which among aforementioned parts affect the most in a computer’s functionality or which part affects badly owing of that a normal PC becomes Slow, poor in performance or does not properly and why do we need a computer cleaner. The most affected part in any computer machine is an Operating System. It is the part which gets affected the most and if this does not work properly we cannot serve our main purpose that is we cannot use any application software at all.

This concludes that an operating system needs to be kept fit all the time and consequently the entire system will be working fine. If we talk about a PC infecting from any other external sources it is the OS(Operating System) that gets targeted by all infections and malicious programs. Also any computer cleaner always works on an OS. I would also like to mention about one more important part of any Windows operating system which is windows Registry (Registry is an integrated, hierarchic and central database for all other components of any windows system all the entries related to the entire system like hardware, software, memory or any other application software etc are stored in windows Registry). It also comes under operating system and one of the most sensitive and gets affected easily by malicious item and also most vulnerable towards infection. Any antivirus or registry software always checks for windows registry first and then scans other applications of the system. This is why all the Computer cleaner programs perform PC diagnostics and pay the highest attention towards PC’s registry always.

In the end the summery of all or crux of the story is- we need to pay highest attention towards operating system first and then other components subsequently. If an OS works fine other software can be uninstalled or reinstalled but uninstalling an OS means setting everything from the scratch and sometime you might loose all your important data as well.
